Senate Bill No. 1330
The CADENA Act: a transparent, tamper-proof national budget.
PAFLA actively supported and provided legal assistance in the drafting of the Citizen Access and Disclosure of Expenditures for National Accountability (CADENA) Act — and appeared as a resource person in the Senate. The landmark legislation aims to create a fully on-chain, transparent, and tamper-proof national budget.
